Specialized Area of Practice - Bob Taylor is the Founder and President of the company and has been continually active with commercial real estate in the Charlotte Metro Region since 1982, where he has extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate land transaction business. His specialty has been the acquisition and disposition of large land tracts including site location and analysis, disposition strategies, and being able to create unique approaches to problem-solving, and strong win-win negotiations leading to successful closings. He has a reputation as being a deal maker and has been recognized in the Charlotte Metro Region on multiple occasions for his accomplishments.

Project Experience - Bob Taylor’s passion is selling land, which has led to his being responsible for a number of notable transactions. To mention a few examples: He represented the seller of 217 acres which led to the development of the acclaimed Birkdale Village mixed-use project in Huntersville, NC. In a transaction which involved an $82 million philanthropic gift, he represented the seller of the 400,000sf Park Road Shopping Center. For the 150 acre Afton Ridge Shopping Center in Kannapolis, he represented the seller. He was responsible for the 29-acre Great Wolf Lodge project in Concord, where he represented the buyer. With the 700 acre Whitehall mixed-use development at I-485 and S. Tryon St., he represented the land owner. In a challenging, time-sensitive assignment, he managed the assemblage and acquisition of 2,000 acres for his national land development client.
